Accommodation

There are two options: hotel accommodation or sharing a room in a Center Parcs cottage. We have reserved rooms  until July 1st ! We cannot guarantee availability after this date. Note that we were only able to reserve a limited number of hotel rooms so please book quickly!

Option 1: Hotel accommodation – book yourself
Hotel accommodation will  need to be booked individually by each participant. We reserved rooms at the NH hotel Zandvoort,  the 4-star Center Parcs hotel, both conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk from the conference venue. The following prices have been negotiated:

NH Hotel Zandvoort

Accommodation can be booked at a reduced rate until July 1st. After July 1st, room and reduced rate counts against availability.

Single room: 229 €  per night incl. breakfast
Double room: 249 €  per night incl. breakfast

Option 2: Shared accommodation at Center Parcs – book through the conference organizers  using the registration page
We have reserved 4p or 6p cottages at Center Parcs  all of which are both conveniently located within a few minutes’ walk from the conference venue.
Four-person comfort cottage with 2 bedrooms  (2 single beds each) 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 living room: 77,13 € per night + tourist tax 2,89 € p.p.p.n + sheets/ towels 13,50 €.
Six-person comfort cottage with 3 bedrooms  (2 single beds each) 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 living room 56,92 € per night + tourist tax 2,89 € p.p.p.n + sheets/ towels 13,50 €

Accommodation can be reserved until Friday, July 1st. (Extended!)
Participants need to pay the conference for their accommodation in the Center Parcs cotttages in advance together with the registration fees - for payment details see the registration page.
